Twist - Solitary Confinement

Good evening players, it's time to find out what we have in store for you for this 47th season of Survivor IMDb. Hard to come up with something fresh and original but I think we have a good one here.



The Twist follows the Jail/Alcatraz theme and is named "Solitary Confinement"


Before I tell you how this twist plays out I want to set things up so you fully understand the logic behind it all.


In jail you have "gangs" that form and oppositions happen. You also have the rats and the snitches that get favours for their tattle telling. In this game, both of those aspects will be explored. The "Gangs" will be your tribes and the "Snitches" will get special favours from us "Warden (Angie) / Guard (Alrmw28).


You all did something against the law or so its presumed and your punishment was to be incarcerated within the walls of Alcatraz. Inside Alcatraz you can also be punished further by being sent to the "Solitary Confinement". This is an isolated cell usually in an obscure hall down in the basement. Conditions are just nasty and you basically have 4 cemented walls and a floor to entertain yourself with. No amenities are given to you and minimum food is delivered to you during your stay. The little say or freedom you have is taken from you in this "Solitary Confinement" cell and you can thank the "Snitches" for putting you there with their big mouths.


I hope this made sense cause here comes the actual Twist.

Questions on here and some I received in PM

1. Will be it be made known who was sent to solitary confinement?

Answer: The Snitch is a mystery but the person sent to Solitary will be known.

2. The Snitch takes control of the confined's spot in the challenge? If so, what about the Snitch's own role?

Answer: The Snitch essentially plays for two people in the challenge. They send for themselves and the player in Solitary. Here comes in strategy if Snitch is on the other tribe and wants his tribe to lose.


3. If the prisoner in confinement is on the winning gang/tribe, the snitch does not get to vote in his place, since he has no role in the voting anyway, correct?

Answer: Correct.

I would like to mention that sending someone to Solitary means you are giving them immunity for that round since they will not attend tribal council. They will basically get a break for that round.

No wonder Neytiri called me a scown while I trained with her. I am confused by this twist.


I guess the best way for me to understand the twist is learn fast or die. lol
